UTAS Library celebrated Library & Information Week 2009 by hosting an Australia's Biggest Morning Tea. We have received a letter from the Cancer Council thanking us for our generosity, and advising us that due to events like ours the Cancer Council of Tasmania was able to exceed its fundraising target, raising in total $295,000.00.
Once again, most sincere thanks to everyone who kindly donated their time, effort, cash and/or cooking skills on this enjoyable. utterly gluttonous occasion.
